We have had children at First Presbyterian for the last 4 years.  Our son just graduated after 3 years in the First Presbyterian Preschool program and went to Kindergarten.  Is teacher has placed him in the accelerated reading program, and asked where he went to preschool?  When I said"First Presbyterian Preschool" she said that she can tell which children come from there!  We were VERY pleased with  the reading program.  I was thrilled to have my son challenged with the cute take home bags.  Thank you!   " Beth and Rich H.  My daughter came to First Presbyterian Preschool last year for the T - TH class.  This year she is in the M-W-F class.  I am so thankful that we chose this preschool.  The teachers and staff are so caring and understanding with the children an their families.  
I try to volunteer as often as I can, in the classroom.  I have gotten to know the teachers over the past couple of years.  They are wonderful teachers and my daughter just loves them.  While volunteering I have noticed that they take time with each child.  All the children are very different and the teachers understand and love each child for who they are.
First Presbyterain Preschool has a wonderful reading program for the children.  They also have reading workshops for the families to give them the tools and knowledge needed to help their child succeed at reading.  My daughter has learned so much in the short time that she has attended.  She is always excited to go to school.  Every morning she asks me, "Do I have school today?"  That makes me happy that she wants to go and is excited about it.  I feel I don't have anything to worry about when she is at school because I know she is in very good hands.
I am sad to say that my family is moving out of the area.  I wish there was away to take the preschool and teachers with us.  Hopefully we will be lucky enough to find another preschool that has the same caring and understanding teachers and excellant learning environment.
My daughter and I have made many wonderful memories and we will carry those with us forever. Thank you so much for everything and I have and would recommend First Presbyterain Preschool to anyone.
